Pakistan’s Federal Minister for Railways, Ghulam Ahmad Bilour, had announced a bounty of $100,000 on the maker of the American film “Innocence of Muslims” disrespecting the Holy Prophet (PBUH). However, government said it did not appreciate his statement and the PM  will speak to head of ANP in connection with his statement.
